Training the JUNIORS way:

Our mission is to serve the youth soccer players in the Cicero North Syracuse School District and neighboring areas of Central New York. Our professional staff, assisted by CNS Varsity Players, will run training stations for boys and girls Pre-K (4) to 7th Grade. These stations address the technical aspects of the game, while providing players the opportunities to make game decisions as often as possible. Our focus is one developing better soccer players and instilling a passion for the game.

1. Dribbling/ball control                                                 
Moves and Feints and direction changes                                                                           
2. Small Sides games
2v2, 3v3, and 4v4
Gain confidence in game decisions

3. Passing, Striking & Finishing:
Improve finishing/passing through repetition

4. Speed, Agility & Quickness

C. Cool down and Review
