This past weekend of April 5-6th, 2014, was the final weekend of games in SISC 2nd session. The CUSA U13 Lightning were playing Salt City In a 5 pm game. Previous games verse Salt City were quite evenly matched during the session but today would change. After a fairly well played performance. the game ended in a 2-0 victory by CUSA. After the game we were surprised with a 2nd game offer on Field 1. After a first half dominance from the FM team, CUSA responded well in the second half. The game ended in a 2-2 tie until Overtime was decided. Overtime was a 3 verse 3 battle with ultimately CUSA making two one touch passes down the field and finishing the winning goal. This was the season finish the CUSA U13 Girls were looking for.
