JUNIORS Registration Open

Dear Juniors Families,

Juniors Begins tomorrow at Hazen's. K-2nd grade check-in will be at 5:15pm and 3rd - 4th Grade 6:20pm.
  • Players do not need a ball, only shin pads, sneakers/indoor soccer shoes (no cleats), and water 
  • Parents can bring folding chairs and sit off the field - not a lot of space for siblings to roam, but understood if you need to bring children
  • Please fill out and bring medical waiver (link above) but additional copies will be at check-in to fill out.
  • Jerseys will be available 2nd or 3rd week of program
  • If it is wet outside please bring a change of footwear or make sure player's shoes are as dry as possible

  • 1.5 miles past Waterfront - Turn right after Mark's FC Delco Service center (very Bright)
  • You will pass a water tower on your left
  • 3rd building are apartment - turn after that - Hazen's sits back
  • Will have JUNIORS Signs posted as well
